Background

Born and raised in southern California, I attended UCLA and graduated with a B.S. in Geology class of '17. I spent 3 summers working in an oil field as a roughneck, where I was first introduced to geology. At UCLA my focuses included structural geology, metamorphic petrology, remote sensing and active fault scarp geometry. I was a member of the Bruin Geological Survey (BGS) and conducted undergraduate research with a number of different professors.

That's me!
