I am a geologist working on an M.S. at California State University, Fullerton under Dr. Sinan Akciz. My focus is a paleoseismic investigation of quaternary tectonics as well as the structural and tectonic development of the San Andreas fault within the Carrizo Plain. My research contributes to the understanding of earthquake hazards by understanding the development, geometry, and recurrence rate of major earthquake events along the San Andreas fault.
